International Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms:
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of placing your order. This deposit confirms your purchase and initiates the shipping process from abroad.
• The remaining 70% balance is due upon the arrival of your order in Kenya. We will notify you once your items are ready for delivery.
2. Delivery Timeframe:
• Items sourced from abroad typically take 30 to 40 days to arrive in Kenya. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
• We will provide regular updates on the status of your shipment to keep you informed throughout the process.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit:
• The 30% deposit paid at the time of order placement is non-refundable unless we are unable to deliver the items as promised.
• If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund your deposit in full.
4. All-Inclusive Pricing:
• The price you see includes all costs, including customs and import duties. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.
5. Order Fulfillment:
• Your order will be fulfilled once the full payment is received. Please ensure that the remaining 70% balance is paid promptly upon arrival notification to avoid any delays in delivery.
6. Final Sale Policy:
• Items ordered under the “Ships from Abroad” category are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once delivered, except in cases where the product is faulty or significantly different from what was described.
